Crane Kalman Gallery Ltd an independent art gallery, and as such our mailing list is our life blood. We take your privacy and security very seriously and will never share your email address or any other information with anyone. We want to be completely transparent with how we use any of your data that we come into contact with in the course of your dealings with us. So read on, this privacy statement sets out each aspect of how we may handle your information and how we keep it secure.
Types of data we collect

When someone visits www.cranekalman.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Mailing Lists
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our announcements. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at info@cranekalman.com. To comply with GDPR regulations, our nominated data protection officer is Emma Eveleigh.

Your details will NEVER be shared with any other organisation. Under no circumstances will we ever sell, rent or otherwise pass on your details to anybody else.
Our website is hosted on a managed, dedicated server at one of the UK's leading datacentres, which is protected by a Cisco firewall and kept up-to-date with the latest security patches.
